Popular movie choice for a lot of people, Creed III has recently been released and movie reviewers think the movie was very good. Is it going to get countered out like Rocky may have?
Everyone loved Rocky I, II, III and IV but the movies from 5-7 weren’t all they were hyped up to be. Michael B. Jordan confirmed (on the 14 of March) there will be a Creed 4. This may get fans very excited, but what if it’s not good will they continue to make more?
Popular YouTubers Jake Paul and (KSI) or JJ may have brought more fame to boxing and during Tommy Fury VS Jake Paul made loads of money too.
We spoke to a student at Carre’s Grammar School in Sleaford; James said “I think it is going to get dragged out because 3 movies of 1 franchise is enough and it will be a repeat of Rocky as barely anybody wanted to see the last movie.”
Some people say they are recycling the same storylines and themes from the Rocky films and franchises. Rocky became somewhat predictable, you could even say they overstayed their welcome.
Another criticism of Creed is it relied too heavily on Rocky and nostalgia and some fans like the large number of references from the Rocky films. Fans say it feels forced.
Despite all the criticisms that have been made there are still fans that can’t wait for the next Creed movie. Whether or not it has been dragged out it is still a good franchise and as long as fans want another Creed there will still be more movies to enjoy.
